How will our wedding pictures/videos be delivered?
After the images and video are edited, we will send you a private link to your entire wedding. Other delivery options include using USB or SSD. The link will be there as per our contractual agreement.
How long will it take to receive the images and video?
The images are typically delivered within a week. The video is normally delivered after a month from the wedding day.
Quality matters the most when it comes to our work hence, careful editing is applied to give the best version of your wedding day.
Can we add on hours if our wedding runs a little long?
Most full wedding days are typically 8 hours however, extra hours can be added on the day. The hourly rate is listed under Extra Services on the Packages page and is confirmed in your contract.

What happens if you can't make it to our wedding?
This question is discussed in depth in the contract that Sizwe Photography and the client signs weeks before the wedding day.
However, in summary: your wedding will be captured by us or our industry friends one way or the other.
Will the 360 photobooth be available?
The 360 photobooth is available depending on the package selected. However, it can also be added as an extra on any package.
How many images do you deliver?
Images deliverable depend heavily on the package chosen as well as the length of the wedding.
The type of wedding (white or traditional) is another contributing factor. Normally for the ultimate package, the images are 500+
Is there a wedding agreement between (the client) and Sizwe Photography?
After you've accepted the wedding quote and an invoice is sent. Sizwe Photography will prepare and send you a wedding contract guided
by the South African laws. This contract outlines all the relevant terms & conditions (T&Cs) related to filming,photographing, printing, conduct, finances, unforeseen circumstances, etc.
Both parties must sign the contract if they agree to the T&Cs.
